What do you process?

We specialize in beef and pork but also accept bison, limited lamb and goat.

What do you sell?

We offer beef and pork from local producers to your table. Both beef and pork are available in bulk halves or wholes which can be processed to your choosing. We also offer individual cuts and smaller bundles.

How soon can I get an animal in?

We have processing slots available immediately. Please call the office to schedule.

How much freezer space do I need for a whole beef?

The precise amount of freezer space you will need is dependent upon the hanging weight of the animal you purchase. A good rule of thumb is to have no less than 16 cubic feet of freezer space available for a whole beef.

How long from drop off will my meat be ready to pick up?

Beef is ready for pickup 16-20 days from drop off.

Pork is ready for pickup 8-10 days from drop off.
